The apparatus has a throttle for connecting a pressure line with a return line. A control valve is integrated in pressure regulator for controlling the throttle between two switching positions so as to generate negative pressure pulse in pressure line. A throttle plate (5) is axially preloaded by the spring force of a spring element (10) with respect to the valve seat (9). An independent claim is included for fluid delivery system.
