摘要 A process for producing a rotor for turbines, the process comprising: a step in which a first rotor disk (25H), which is constituted of a precipitation hardening type Ni-based superalloy, is bonded to an intermediate material (26) constituted of a solid-solution strengthening type Ni-based superalloy, by electronic beam welding; a step in which this bonded object is subjected to age hardening at a first temperature, which is suitable for age-hardening the precipitation hardening type Ni-based superalloy; a step in which the intermediate material (26) is bonded to a second rotor disk (25L), which is constituted of a steel, by electronic beam welding; and a step in which the resultant bonded object is annealed at a second temperature, which is suitable for annealing the steel.
