摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for optical tomographic measurement, which is stably fixed securely in parallel to the inner wall surface of a lumen and is easily inserted into a narrow lumen such as a biliary tract or a pancreatic duct. <P>SOLUTION: A probe insertion part 70 of an OCT probe device 10 includes; an inner sheath 74 to insert and dispose an optical fiber for guiding measuring light to a light emission part at the distal end; an outer sheath 150 fitted to the inner sheath 74; a first balloon 86 attached to the distal end of the inner sheath 74; and a second balloon 154 attached to the distal end of the outer sheath 150, etc. When the probe insertion part 70 is inserted into the lumen such as a biliary tract or a pancreatic duct, the outer sheath 150 is moved to the distal end side of the inner sheath 74, and the first balloon 86 is covered and housed. During measurement, the outer sheath 150 is moved to the proximal end side relative to the inner sheath 74, and the first balloon 86 is exposed.
