PURPOSE: A waste synthetic resin melting and selecting system equipped with a blowback preventing tool is provided to prevent reverse of waste vinyl or waste plastic due to backflow of the waste plastic film. CONSTITUTION: A waste synthetic resin melting and selecting system(1a) comprises a crusher(10), a chamber(20), an inlet pipe(30), an air blower(40), and a contrary wind preventive tool(35). The inlet pipe connects an outlet side of the crusher and an inlet side of the chamber. The contrary wind preventive tool is installed on the inlet pipe. The air blower is installed at one lower side lower of the chamber. The wind force of the air blower works on the waste vinyl or waste plastic which is flowed into the inside of the chamber.
