<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: A conventional imaging apparatus, having a buffer element for each signal processing circuit, increases the number of the buffer elements in proportion to the number of the signal processing circuits, and because a driving signal is supplied with a delay, with the plurality of signal processing circuits as one group, in each group, it is necessary to set a long margin of operation timing, which makes high-speed operation difficult. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises first buffer circuits in series to each other and second buffer circuits connected in parallel to the first buffer circuits and hence one of the second buffer circuit supplies the driving signal to a plurality of signal processing sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
