Working part is made in form of rectangular plate with rounded frontal butt end surface. Rectangular plate is matched with plate in form of isosceles trapezium, which with its shorter side faces the side opposite to handle. Lateral sides of trapezium are inclined at acute angle to horizontal plate and are sharpened. Posterior butt end part of trapezoidal plate is rounded.
