PURPOSE: A training method of both crawled focus and sequence focus and an image structure for the same are provided to maximize visual stimulus training effect. CONSTITUTION: A training method of both crawled focus and sequence focus includes the following steps: one image for crawled focus and the position of the image are displayed; and a successive image for the crawled focus and the position of the image are displayed. An image structure for the training method of both crawled focus and sequence focus is formed by repeatedly displaying at least two images for crawled focus and images for sequence focus which display the positions of the images for the crawled focus.
