摘要 PURPOSE: A conductive metal nanoparticle ink with excellent dispersibility and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance dispersibility, jettability and to lower resistivity. CONSTITUTION: A conductive metal nanoparticle ink comprises 10-90 weight% of metal nanoparticle and 10-90 weight% of ink solvent. A manufacturing method of the conductive metal nanoparticle ink comprises the following steps: preparing metal nanoparticle powder; obtaining mixed solution by uniformly dispersing and pulverizing the metal nanoparticles into ink solvent after putting the metal nanoparticle powder into an ink solvent and assistant solvent into bead mill(S31); and removing the assistant solvent by distilling the mixed solution(S25).
