PURPOSE: A display apparatus and a method for fabricating the same are provided to form wiring without an additional mask process and to simplify a sealing process. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(10) includes a display unit(30) and a non-display unit(40). A first metal line is formed on a display unit of the first substrate. A second metal line(150) is formed on the non-display unit of the first substrate. A sealing member(160) is formed on the second metal line. The second substrate(20) faces the first substrate on the sealing member. The first metal line and the second metal line are made of the same material.
