PURPOSE: A sinker with controllable buoyancy and weight balance is provided to have a simple manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A sinker is manufactured from a synthetic resin. A threaded vertical rod is on the outer side or some part of the outer side of the sinker. The sinker is made of metal or a synthetic resin. A sinker comprises a threaded sinker for weight balance and a pair of rings in the upper and lower part of the threaded vertical rod. A hole passes through the inside of the upper part of the threaded vertical rod. The upper ring passes through the upper hole and is fixed by a knot made of metal or synthetic fiber in the upper or lower part of the threaded vertical rod.
