PURPOSE: A point management system for carbon reduction is provided to guide a proper life pattern and methods for carbon reduction by measuring and monitoring the energy use of a user and the amount of carbon reduced, and by providing points. CONSTITUTION: An authenticator(101) identifies a user. A central processor(102) recognizes user information. The central processor measures the energy use of the user and the amount of carbon reduced. The central processor monitors or collets the measured data. A unified database(103) stores the user information. The unified database transceives the data with the central processor.
