<p>The workforce planning tool (WPT) decomposes, maps, and allocates historical cost center data of an organization, including personnel costs and non-personnel costs, to a process hierarchy used to identify target improvements. The WPT calculates baseline costs to operate the processes of the organization with no processing errors. The WPT calculates actual costs to operate the processes, and identifies an improvement target for the organization by comparing the baseline costs to the actual costs, and the historical cost center data of the organization.</p> |
