PURPOSE: A stabilizer for a vehicle suspension is provided to prevent inflow of foreign materials between a step bar and a bush and discharge foreign materials to the outside of the bush. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer for a vehicle suspension comprises a step bar(10) connected to a wheel through a link, a bracket(20) installed in the step bar and coupled to a cross member, and a bush(30) comprising a bush body interposed between the bracket and the step bar and a foreign material discharge part(32) exposed to the outside of the bracket and protruding from an end of the bush body in the axial direction.
