PURPOSE: A patch for delivering composition through skin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to deliver a composition through skin ablation. CONSTITUTION: A patch for delivering composition through skin comprises a composition transport layer(11), a skin punching unit array(12), and an electrode matrix(13). The composition transport layer comprises a composition to be delivered through skin. The skin punching unit array is formed on the surface facing the composition transport layer. The electrode matrix applies operating current to the skin punching unit array.
