<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and an image processing method capable of reducing flickers which occur when a moving image including a moving object is reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an electronic apparatus includes motion search means, flicker reduction means, and display control means. The motion search means determines a first vector group including a plurality of motion vectors corresponding to a plurality of pixel blocks included in a frame to be processed in moving image data and then determines a plurality of pixels which correspond to a plurality of pixels included in the frame to be processed and are included in a frame previous to the frame to be processed using the determined first vector group. The flicker reduction means reduces flicks which occur when the frame to be processed is reproduced by blending the pixels included in the frame to be processed with the pixels which correspond to the pixels in the frame to be processed and are included in the frame previous to the frame to be processed.
