<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tower-climbing prevention device which prevents animals such as cats from climbing a frame. <P>SOLUTION: A tower-climbing prevention device 10 is framed in a square column shape by main column members 5a erected from four corners of a foundation surface whose outer shape is rectangular and a plurality of horizontal members 5b connecting the main column members 5a and arranged at almost equal intervals, and prevents animals such as cats from climbing a frame 5 which mounts a disconnector 7 at its upper part. The tower-climbing prevention device 10 includes a pair of vertical panels 1 bent in a L shape and a rectangular partition plate 2. The pair of the vertical panels 1 are arranged above the frame 5 to surround an adjacent outer surface of the frame 5. The partition plate 2 is arranged in a horizontal state to almost coincide with a lower edge of the pair of the vertical panels 1 to vertically partition an inside of the frame 5.
