<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that inexpensive and effective private power generation is nonexistent at present and a private power generator for covering general houses and whole industries cannot be detected since natural energy power generation such as sunlight and wind force is influenced by a natural environment and needs a huge area and expensive facility cost, power generation of specified voltage or more such as 107 V may be cut in power dealing in a commercial power online, a storage battery of power corresponding to power cut time needs charging for few hours and it is not useful during the power cut on emergency. <P>SOLUTION: Large power is generated by using inexpensive midnight power in surplus power, and the storage battery is charged with power. Necessary power such as LED lighting is supplied by midnight charging from the storage battery during the day when power consumption is large. Power is radiated on a photovoltaic power generation panel during night and on rainy day with minute power consumption. When storage battery voltage drops, power generation, power accumulation and charging are automatically performed by automatic sensing to generate clean and large power.
