<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which suppresses horizontal line noise in an image acquired by photographing a dark subject. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a pixel array in which pixels each of which includes a photoelectric conversion section, a charge voltage conversion section for converting a charge generated in the photoelectric conversion section to a voltage, and an amplifier transistor for outputting a signal corresponding to the voltage at the charge voltage conversion section to a column signal line, are arranged to constitute a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, and the plurality of pixels are connected to the plurality of row signal lines; a plurality of reading sections for reading the signals from the pixel array via the plurality of column signal lines; a plurality of load transistors which are connected to the plurality of column signal lines and determine current flowing in the plurality of column signal lines; and a plurality of bias supply sections for supplying mutually different bias voltages to gates of the load transistors at least arranged adjacently in the plurality of load transistors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
