<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a mechanism by means of operations of an electronic pen, for collectively storing each piece of entry information which is written separately in time by the electronic pen, in a same file. <P>SOLUTION: When input to a dot pattern unit sheet 21 is done by an electronic pen 1, file generation means 352 generates a file and generates an icon for opening the file to display the icon on display means. When a handwriting stroke is inputted in the dot pattern unit sheet 21 by the electronic pen 1, stroke drawing storage means 353 draws the stroke and stores it in the file.
