<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy by limiting the maximum travel speed without deteriorating working efficiency in working and acceleration performance in travel start, and suppressing loss of engine output horsepower in the limit of the maximum travel speed, in a travel system of a wheel loader. <P>SOLUTION: Capacities of first and second hydraulic motors 23, 24 are controlled in a manner associated with each other and the minimum tilt amount of the second hydraulic motor 24 is limited to a limited tilt amount q2cmin, in processing of fourth gear shift control.
