Provided is an all-solid-state secondary battery that has a positive-electrode active-material layer, a negative-electrode active-material layer, and a solid-state electrolyte layer and is characterized as follows: at least one of said positive-electrode active-material layer, negative-electrode active-material layer, and solid-state electrolyte layer contains a binder comprising a particulate polymer having a mean particle diameter of 30 to 300 nm and an inorganic solid-state electrolyte; and said particulate polymer exists in a particulate state in the positive-electrode active-material layer, negative-electrode active-material layer, and/or solid-state electrolyte layer.
