Disclosed is a handle, which comprises a handle main body (301), an unloosening screw (302) and a spring (303). A central through hole penetrating the handle main body (301) is provided at the centre of the handle main body (301), and an unloosening screw (302) passing successively through the spring (303) and the central through hole and being connected movably with the handle main body (301) is provided; a threaded bottom hole (3015) is provided outside the central through hole at the bottom of the handle main body(301), and the handle is fastened to a panel by way of joining the threaded bottom hole (3015) with a screw (601). The handle can be used for the mounting and dismounting of small detachable panels in communications and the IT technical field. It combines the functions of an unloosening screw and a pulling handle, is convenient to mount and dismount, and occupies little space.
