PURPOSE: A metal O-ring and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase contact area between a metal O-ring attached face and a metal O-ring by guiding face contact at the top and bottom of the metal O-ring. CONSTITUTION: A metal O-ring(10) comprises a ring, an inner face(120), and an outer face(130). The ring is a circular arm shape and has a space inside. The inner face is positioned in an inner side of a radial cross section of the ring. The outer face is positioned in the outside while being separated from the inner face. The inner face is a circular shape and the top and bottom of the outer face are a plane shape. The rest part of the outer face is a circular arc shape to connect the both ends of the plane each other. |
