A three-dimensional angle adjusting mechanism for optical devices is provided. On the basis of traditional two-board-type two-dimensional angle adjusting mechanism, it uses internal space of the traditional two-dimensional angle adjusting mechanism to accomplish axial angle adjusting, and it adds coarse adjustment and fine adjustment mechanisms for axial angle. The mechanism for the invention has the characteristics of compact mechanism, easy adjustment, high precision, good stability, and strong practicality. It is suitable for three-dimensional angle adjustment of space gesture of small aperture optical element, and it makes the light axis of mechanical piece infinitely close to the coincidence of ideal light axis, so that it enables fast adjustment of the whole optical path of the optical elements in optical system.
