Provided are a position-fixing apparatus and a moving position-fixing method. The position-fixing apparatus comprises: a first position-limiting part (10) installed on a platform (1) and facing a first side of a workpiece having the position thereof to be fixed (3); a second position-limiting part (30) installed on the platform (1) and facing a second side of the workpiece having the position thereof to be fixed (3), the second position-limiting part (30) limiting the movement direction of the workpiece having the position thereof to be fixed (3); a third position-limiting part (50) dismountably installed on the platform (1), facing a third side of the workpiece having the position thereof to be fixed (3), the third side being parallel to the second side, and the third position-limiting part (50) limiting the movement direction of the workpiece having the position thereof to be fixed (3); the distance limited by the second position-limiting part (30) and the third position-limiting part (50) equals to the distance between the second side and the third side of the workpiece having the position thereof to be fixed (3). The position-fixing apparatus of the present invention is simple in structure, convenient to operate, and high in position-fixing accuracy.
