The device comprises a pruner (1) that includes a knife (2) and a perforated disc (3). The knife and perforated disc are operatively connected with each other such that the raw materials are supplied between gumption set components. The automatic retightening of the knife to the perforated disc is enabled over a comminution machine under constant contact pressure. An outer ring (4) is provided in the pruner. The outer ring, knife and perforated disc are designed such that the components are triggered during material separation between the knife and perforated disc.
