FIELD: physics, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Proposed method comprises the following. Message on radio channel failure (RLF) in message on repeated installation of RRC is used by base station to define data on RLF cell failure before repeated installation of RRC by subscriber hardware. Besides, base station outputs RLF message to second base station in cell with RLF channel failure. In compliance with specified data warning conditions, to indicate premature switchover or switchover with selection of improper cell, second base station warns base station requesting switchover about data indicating premature switchover or switchover with selection of improper cell that satisfies the requirements of warning. Or, when second base station defines subscriber hardware switchover to cell with faulty RLF channel as premature switchover or switchover with selection of improper cell, it wars base station requesting switchover on data about premature switchover or switchover with selection of improper cell.EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.10 cl, 6 dwg |
