COMPOSITE REINFORCING PATCH

FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: inner surface of a tyre is polished along the perimetre of the damaged tyre section to form a surface for patch arrangement. The inner surface is polished for depth sufficient for arrangement of the reinforcing element of the tyre patch at the distance of approximately 3 millimetres or less from the damaged reinforcing element of the tyre. The damaged section is coated by application of a pre-assembled patch onto the surface for arrangement of the patch along the inner surface of the tyre. The patch includes a layer of reinforcing elements arranged between an air impermeable layer and contacting with the tyre by the patch surface. The reinforcing element of the patch is in the layer of reinforcing elements and is arranged at the distance of approximately 3 millimetres or less from the damaged reinforcing element of the tyre. The patch on the tyre is vulcanised.EFFECT: invention allows increasing patch service life.19 cl, 9 dwg
