A lighting device (100) which comprises: a light source unit (200) that has an excitation light emitting end (210); and a wavelength conversion unit (300). The lighting device (100) is characterized in that the wavelength conversion unit (300) is configured of: an incidence part (304) which is connected to the excitation light emitting end (210) and on which excitation light emitted from the light source unit (200) is incident; a wavelength conversion member (302) that converts the excitation light incident on the incidence part (304) to desired wavelength-converted light; a light-transmitting member (308) that has a function of transmitting the excitation light and the wavelength-converted light; a reflective part (316) that has a function of reflecting at least some of the wavelength-converted light from the wavelength conversion member (302); and an emission part (306) that emits at least some of the wavelength-converted light reflected by the reflective part (316) to the outside. The lighting device (100) is also characterized in that at least a part of the light-transmitting member (308) from the incidence part (304) to the emission part (306) is continuously formed, and the reflective part (316) is provided on a part of the outer surface of the light-transmitting member (308).
