PURPOSE: A reverse water gas reactive catalyst and a using method of the same are provided to improve the superior conversion characteristic of carbon dioxide regardless of the little amount of platinum. CONSTITUTION: A reverse water gas reactive catalyst includes a platinum precursor carried on a titania carrier. The catalyst is plasticized at a temperature lower than or equal to 650 deg C. The content of the platinum precursor is 0.1-3 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the carrier. The specific surface area of the carrier is more than or equal to 100m^2/g. The carbon dioxide conversation rate of the catalyst is 40% or more at a reaction temperature of 500 deg C and is 30% or more at a reaction temperature of 400 deg C under a reverse water gas reaction condition.
