PURPOSE: A heterogeneous computer system operating method is provided to minimize computing power consumption by maintaining a battery charging state. CONSTITUTION: A hypervisor processor(610) is booted. An executing processor is booted. The hypervisor processor supported by a logic supporting processor(6410) executes software works and converts a state of the executing processor into a power saving state. The hypervisor processor executes other software works which the hypervisor processor is unable to process by activating the executing processor through the power saving state.
