PURPOSE: A conjugate containing soluble fragments of Fc epsilon RI is provided to suppress allergic cytokine secretion and to prevent and treat allergic diseases. CONSTITUTION: A conjugate(NPB301) has soluble fragments of Fc epsilon RI and a material with biocompatibility. The soluble fragment has an amino acid of sequence number 1. The material is human antibody Fc region, polyethylene glycol(PEG), or diacyl glycerol(DAG). The conjugate has the soluble fragments and human antibody Fc region which are conjugated. The soluble fragment is linked with the human antibody Fc region by a peptide linker. The conjugate has an amino acid of sequence number 2. A composition for treating allergic diseases contains the conjugate and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
