PURPOSE: A membrane filtration and thickened water treatment method for reusing the drainage of wastewater is provided to ensure the optimal quality and quantity of water and to prevent the performance of a membrane system from reducing. CONSTITUTION: A feed water pump(10) supplies wastewater drainage; the drainage is passed through an ultrafiltration system(14) and is automatically stored in a feed water tank(20); the drainage is passed through dosing systems(15, 22, 23); the treated drainage is passed through a microfilter(24); the treated drainage is passes through a membrane(26) and an NaOCl dosing system(50); membrane thickened water is passes through dosing systems to be supplied into the feed water tank; and the re-supplied drainage in the feed water tank is passes through dosing systems, filters, membranes to be drained to outside.
