<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation circuit and method for providing a sensor signal unrelated to the ground. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation circuit 44, a turbin data collection system and an associated method are provided. The insulation circuit 44 comprises a voltage dividing circuit 102 for coupling to an operation sensor, a clamp circuit 104 connected to the voltage dividing circuit, and a gain circuit 106 connected to the clamp circuit. The voltage dividing circuit is configured to divide an amplitude of a signal received from a sensor. The clamp circuit is configured to limit a voltage from the voltage dividing circuit. The gain circuit includes an output 108.
