<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fuel consumption performance by preventing a decrease in an idle stop execution frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The idling stop control device 1 executes an idle stop for stopping an internal combustion engine when an idle stop condition is established, and starts the internal combustion engine again when a restart condition is established during the idle stop. The device includes: a battery power decrease determination unit S100 for determining the decrease in a battery power, based on the battery voltage, at a first start-up of the operation; an idle stop prohibition unit S110 for stopping the idle stop when determining that the battery power has decreased; and a prohibition release unit S130 for releasing the prohibition of the idle stop when a battery charge amount exceeds a prohibition release determination value B which is pre-set as the charge amount that can generate the power necessary for the restart of the internal combustion engine 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
