摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging stand utilization system and method which enable a different user to use a charging stand even if the charging stand is reserved in the case that it is not used because the user who reserved it has not showed up. <P>SOLUTION: A charging stand utilization system is constituted of: a charging stand 20 which supplies charging power to an EV 10; a relaying device 30 which exchanges data with the charging stand 20 via a radio line; a network 40 which connects the relaying device 30 and a control center 50; and the control center 50 which manages an operation state of the charging stand 20 and authentication information of users who use the charging stand. When a user is not a user who reserved the charging stand and does not perform user authentication or does perform authentication as a different user without a reservation, it allows charging only while an operating part (for example a lever) 70 which is provided near a charging connector 60 is operated so that the operation rate of the charging stand improves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
