<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film which is free from problems in production such as bad detachability from a metal belt of a film and sticking failure, and superior in dimensional changeability to humidity change, attachability to a polarizer, and haze, to provide a polarizing plate using the same which is free from deformation failure and high in visibility, and to provide a method of manufacturing the polarizing plate, and a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: A retardation film contains: silicon oxide fine particle dispersion obtained by being dispersed from one or more kinds of dispersants selected from at least a silicon oxide fine particle and an amine-based dispersant, and a carboxy group-containing polymer dispersant, and an organic solvent; and cellulose acetate having a degree of substitution by acetyl group of 2.0 to 2.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
