<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer belt for an image forming device, increasing toner transfer efficiency to improve image quality and significantly reducing waste toner, thereby reducing the size of a waste toner box or reducing maintenance time. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated endless intermediate transfer belt for an image forming device, tanδ at 25°C is equal to or more than 0.01 and less than 10, and surface hardness of the uppermost later is 2 to 15 GPa. The intermediate transfer belt satisfies the following regulations (a) to (c): (a) a base material layer is formed of polymer having Tg of 70°C or higher or crosslinked polymer; (b) a layer is formed whose elastic modulus is equal to or more than 1/(10<SP POS="POST">6</SP>) and less than 1/10 of that of the base material layer; and (c) a surface layer has surface resistivity when applied on an inorganic glass plate is equal to or more than 10<SP POS="POST">10</SP>Ω per square and less than 10<SP POS="POST">14</SP>Ω per square. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
