<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front hood for a vehicle capable of absorbing shocks by deforming with proper rigidity without lowering designability and commonizing an air intake and an exterior member. <P>SOLUTION: The front hood for the vehicle (a front hood 100)is arranged on an upper side of an engine compartment in a front part of a vehicle body. The front hood includes: a hood outer panel (an outer panel 110) including an opening section 110a and constituting an external surface of the front hood; the exterior member 130 which has an air intake shape including a ventilation hole 132 at a position corresponding to the opening section and is mounted on the outer panel 110 to cover an edge of the opening section; and an interior member 140 which is mounted on an internal surface of the exterior member 130 and includes at least a wall surface section 140a for closing the ventilation hole.
