<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater module for a cooking pot having excellent maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: A heater module for a cooking pot includes: a heat exchanger plate 20 of a concave-curve surface shape in contact with a rear surface of the cooking pot 60; a heater 30 attached to a rear surface of the heat exchanger plate 20; and a rear surface cover 40 which is attached to the rear surface of the heat exchanger plate 20, and constructs a housing body for housing the heater together with the heat exchanger plate 20. According to this configuration, the heat exchanger plate 20 and the rear surface cover 40 construct the housing body for housing the heater 30. This eliminates the probability that a food material and cooking material attach to the heater or the like.
