<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace which maintains a temperature distribution in a furnace space to be more uniform and has high energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The heating furnace 1 includes a furnace space 30 for heating a substance 100 to be heated and an inner wall surface 40 forming the furnace space 30. The inner wall surface 40 includes a first inner wall surface 41 and a second inner wall surface 42 opposite to each other holding the substance 100 to be heated in the furnace space 30 therebetween, wherein the first inner wall surface 41 includes a first inclined part 41a on the upstream side in the transportation direction T of the substance 100 to be heated and a second inclined part 41b on the downstream side in the transportation direction T, and the second inner wall surface 42 has a third inclined part 42a on the upstream side in the transportation direction T and a fourth inclined part 42b on the downstream side in the transportation direction T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
