PURPOSE: A microorganism formulation using Streptomyces nigrogriseolus CMC0647 is provided to effectively prevent white rot without remaining toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A Streptomyces nigrogriseolus CMC0647(microorganism deposit number KCTC18232P) strain prevents plant diseases caused by Fusarium fujikuroi, Fusarium oxysporum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, or Sclerotium cepivorum. A microorganism formulation for preventing plant pathogen contains fungi of Streptomyces nigrogriseolus CMC0647 or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. A method for preventing plant pathogen comprises a step of treating plant with Streptomyces nigrogriseolus CMC0647 or the microorganism formulation.
