A MARIN STRUCTURE FOR FLARE TOWER AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING FLARE TOWER

PURPOSE: An offshore structure with a flare tower and a method for loading the flare tower are provided to reduce loss and to improve work efficiency for loading a flare tower by easily arranging and coupling an inclined upper tower part on a vertical lower tower part. CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure with a flare tower comprises a temporary coupling unit. A flare tower comprises a vertical lower tower part(120) and an inclined upper tower part(130). The vertical lower tower part is vertically installed on a hull. The inclined upper tower part is inclined in one side thereof and is connected to the top of the vertical lower tower part. The temporary coupling unit is installed in the vertical lower tower part and the inclined upper tower part to temporarily couple the inclined upper tower part to the vertical lower tower part before both are coupled each other.
