PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a not conventionally obtained resin composition highly filled with a filler, enabling melt molding, hardly causing corrosion of a mold at processing, providing a molded article having high strength, and highly efficiently exhibiting characteristics of the filler, and to provide the molded article obtained therefrom. SOLUTION: The resin composition highly filled with the filler comprises (a) 5-50 vol.% polyarylene sulfide having≥10,000 weight average molecular weight (Mw) and≤2.5 dispersity represented by (weight average molecular weight)/(number average molecular weight (Mn)), and (b) 95-50 vol.% inorganic filler.
