A document holder comprising a first sheet 1 and a second sheet 2 of material secured together to at least partially encapsulate a document such as a vehicle tax disc 3. The first and second sheets of material are preferably comprised of at least 50% biodegradable material and secure a document in a way such that its removal or theft will result in at least destruction or defacement. The adhesive edge portion 6 is provided with a peel-off layer which is to be removed when securing the holder to a window. Preferably, the adhesive, ink, packaging and instructions further comprise biodegradable material as to provide a 100% biodegradable product. |
