<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which is excellent in turning performance. <P>SOLUTION: The tire 2 includes: a tread 4; a first sidewall 6F extending inward from the first end P1 of the tread 4; a first bead 8F positioned inside the first sidewall 6F; a second sidewall 6S extending inward from the second end P2 of the tread 4; a second bead 8S positioned inside from the second sidewall 6S; and a carcass 10. A position PH indicating the maximum height in a cross section is shifted from a center in an axial direction to the first bead 8F side. A distance Ao in a radial direction from the position PH to the first end P1 is smaller than a distance Ai in a radial direction from the position PH to the second end P2.
