<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect operations by an operation finger regardless of an operation system of operation buttons. <P>SOLUTION: An operation detection unit 3 refers to detection information output from a capacitance value detection unit 2 to detect a push operation or a slide operation.
