<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a resin sheet, which is capable of evaluating dimension change by heat treatment of the resin sheet. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for heat treatment of a resin sheet which draws out a roll-formed resin sheet 10, thermally treats the resin sheet, and rewinds it into a roll form comprises: a cut separation unit 51 continuously separating a belt-formed inspection sheet from the resin sheet after the thermal treatment; a marking unit 52 applying a mark having an indicative function with a prescribed length on the cut and separated inspection sheet; a heating-for-inspection unit 53 heating the inspection sheet after applying the mark; a cooling-for-inspection unit 54 cooling the inspection sheet after heating; a mark detection unit 55 detecting the mark on the inspection sheet after cooling; a computing unit 58 obtaining a shrinkage ratio of the inspection sheet from a relation between a mark detection result and the prescribed length; and an inspection sheet rewind-guiding unit 56 which guides the inspection sheet from the cooling-for-inspection unit 54 to a roll 57 for rewinding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
