<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source follower circuit that implements an improved noise characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: The source follower circuit includes: a source follower circuit section comprising field effect transistors (M1, M2); and a current mirror circuit section comprising field effect transistors (M3, M4, M5).
