<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating the amount of fat, capable of accurately finding the amount of fat of the human body easily and at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Skin surface temperature and deep body temperature of an object person for measurement are measured (ST 100). A sample whose abdominal girth and skin temperature are approximate to those of the patient is selected (ST 110). Heat conduction analysis is performed for the sample data with the skin surface temperature of the object person for measurement as a constraint condition (ST 120). The deep body temperature obtained in the heat conduction analysis is compared with the deep body temperature of the object person for measurement (ST 130). If the both temperatures do not match each other as a result of comparison (ST 140: No), the body tissue of the sample is adjusted (ST 150). The adjusting step (ST 150) and the arithmetic operation step (ST 120) are repeated until the deep body temperature obtained in the heat conduction analysis matches the deep body temperature of the object person for measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
